• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

• Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

4. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS (3D FILES)

Our Site allows you to upload 3D model files ("Contributions") for the purpose of receiving a quote and/or our 3D printing services.

• You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your Contributions.

• By uploading your Contributions to the Site, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the Contribution or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorise us to use the Contribution for the purpose of providing our services.

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Contribution solely for the purpose of producing a quotation and/or manufacturing the physical 3D object for you.

• We will not use your Contributions for any other purpose, such as marketing or reselling, without your express written consent.

• We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to remove or edit any Contribution at any time and for any reason, without notice.

5. SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, or disable any of your Contributions; (4) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time.
